We ship worldwide. You’ll be contacted by our team shortly after your order has been placed. The ordered products will be with you as fast as we can deliver it and it will take up to 14 working days for the Ready-to-wear pieces, and up to 30 days for the Bridal collection, because these items are made to order.
The shipping costs are calculated on checkout based on a flat rate depending on the region of the world from which the order is coming from. All the shipments made by Raquette are insured against accidental damage and theft. Upon receipt of the package by the Customer, by written agreement, confirmed by the Client's signature, the insurance ceases to exist, and the delivered product becomes Client’s property.
The shipments are made daily from 10am to 7pm (GMT+2). In case the shipments will be suspended for a period of time, this shall be announced on our website.

You have 14 days to contact us for an easy return or exchange.
Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. The shipping costs in case of a return or exchange shall be covered by the Client. Original shipping charges will be refunded. We accept returns only via courier service, with an active tracking number. Returns via the local post office won't be accepted.
In case of return, you’ll receive your money back in up to 14 days from the return. It may take longer or faster depending on the used payment method and other payment technical issues. You’ll be contacted by our team and you will be informed by our team about all the details.
Ready-to-wear products will be returned with all labels attached, in original packaging, in their original state, without being worn and/or cleaned in any possible way.
For eloquent reasons, Raquette reserves the right not to accept returns on Bridal pieces, which are strictly made-to-order.
We strongly advise that you thoroughly check the product ordered upon delivery before removing any attached label and damaging the original package. Product exchange in the case of wrong size may only be made once and only in case of stock availability of the required size. In this case, you will only cover one delivery.
